Pregnancy not only brings an expanding waistline but also many other body changes. To enjoy the fruits of motherhood one must take these changes in the stride and maintain good health and a happy attitude for the well being of both the mother and the baby.

Basic Facts of Pregnancy Health
Pregnant woman have some of early sign like over sensitivity in taste and smell towards common foodstuffs, nausea and vomiting, heartburn, indigestion, backaches, headaches and general pains, swelling and soreness of breasts, fatigue and tiredness, sleeping trouble and change in body and complexion.
A woman in pregnant may feel uncomfortable because her body undergoes hormonal changes to accommodate a new life. Pregnant woman should change her life pattern during pregnancy. Do not take the medicine without consulting with your doctor.
Below some suggestions for pregnant woman :
1.Eat small meals at frequent intervals
2.Lie down and rest when tired
3.Apply heat to ease aches and pains
4.Avoid alcohol and smoking
5.Avoid strenuous exercises
6.Take small walks in fresh air
7.Wear loose and comfortable clothes
8.Call your doctor if the problems persist for professional help.
Along with the massive changes in the body, part of the changes of pregnant woman are emotional and mental condition. Positive outlook towards life, exercise and maintain good pregnancy health with proper nutrition is a good way in a healthy pregnancy.
